If you’re discharged from Baylor Medical Center at McKinney, you’ll receive an email invitation to create an account with this convenient, secure service. You can also visit BaylorHealth.com/FollowMyHealth, to request access.
FollowMyHealth allows you to see important parts of your medical record, including:
- Most lab studies
- Radiology tests such as X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasound and nuclear medicine studies
- Cardiology and gastroenterology procedure results
- Other clinical information such as discharge medications and instructions, allergies, immunizations and ExitCare instructions
