McKINNEY — Michelle Yaniello was recently hired as the new Wellness Director at Redbud House, a senior living community by Assisted Living Concepts, Inc.

As Wellness Director, Yaniello will be responsible for managing Redbud House’s residents’ care and health plan along with supervising the daily clinical activities of the caregivers in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures.

“I am truly excited about this opportunity to care for the residents of Redbud House,” Yaniello said. “The people of our current generation of seniors are truly from the ‘Greatest Generation.’ I love listening to their life stories.”

Yaniello, a graduate of North Texas Central College in Gainesville, has been married to her husband Patrick for 16 years. They have two children aged 22 and 14 years old. Her senior care background extends from her time as a pharmacy manager and clinical nurse for dialysis patients.
