The Collin-Fannin County Medical Society (C-FCMS) installed its new president and officers for 2015 at its Annual Installation Banquet.

Dr. Carrie de Moor was named as president. Dr. de Moor is the CEO of Frisco-based Premier One Emergency Centers, free-standing urgent care facilities, and she is an emergency medicine specialist who has also been trained in pediatrics.
