The Allen Wranglers closed the regular season with an intense win against the New Mexico Stars 85-70, on Saturday night at the Allen Event Center.

The Wranglers end the regular season with a record of 9-5.

Wranglers WR Luke McArdle was named player of the game with seven receptions for a total of 113 yards, scoring 5 TDs.

QB Knighton, playing in just his third game for the Wranglers went 12 for 16, completing 75 percent with 143 total passing yards, scoring five touchdowns.

RB Darius Fudge had 72 total rushing yards for two touchdowns.

"Tonight we wanted it bad. We made some mistakes that kept the Stars in the game, but we pulled through as a team," said Defensive Coach Quinn Cairo.

Attendance was 2,984 for the Wranglers' Faith and Family Night, which featured a special post-game concert by Christian recording artists Shane and Shane after the game.

The Wranglers next take on the Wichita Wild in the first round of the playoffs on Monday, June 25 at the Allen Event Center. Game time starts at 7:05 P.M.
