Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie


  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup raspberries, blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup water

Blend all ingredients together in blender -- and enjoy!
