  • 2- to 3-pound pork tenderloin
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 tsp. each-salt and pepper
  • 4 minced garlic cloves


Marinate meat and all ingredients in a plastic bag for no more than one hour. Grill outdoors until meat temperature reaches 160 degrees internally, or sear on stove in a hot pan and then bake at 375 degrees until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.

Let meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with buttered orzo.
