Green Drink

1 cup kale, packed

½ cucumber, cut into chunks

½ green apple, cut into chunks

½ ripe banana, frozen

¼ cup pineapple, fresh or frozen

¼ cup parsley

2 sprigs mint

¼ cup water

Juice of 1 small lemon

 

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth and creamy.  Add additional water if needed. One serving.
