McKINNEY (Nov. 8, 2013) – The Sanctuary, a unique, upscale event venue, specifically designed for event planners and entertainment enthusiasts alike, announces its grand opening in the exclusive Adriatica Village in McKinney. The venue has performances scheduled that will showcase its versatility and incredible range for the grand opening on Saturday, Nov. 9.

Transcendent vocalist Maylee Thomas, and Entrepreneur and musician George Fuller longed for a venue to perform intimately with fans, somewhere that Maylee’s Love Life Foundation could host charity events, and a place for growing performers to express themselves artistically; thus, The Sanctuary was born to bring to life their vision for a venue that will nurture the arts in North Texas.

“Maylee and I were amazed at how hard it was for aspiring artists to find outlets to perform. Our opening of The Sanctuary is the manifestation of 15 years of dreams. The space also offers an exceptional setting for events of all sizes. Gaining inspiration from the exclusive specialty guitar shop, The Guitar Sanctuary, The Sanctuary features full service event planning with seating capacities for 180 people for a plated event, and 300 people for a cocktail event or concert allowing for a variety of intimate gatherings.

“There is a synergy being attached to The Guitar Sanctuary that helps us to create a small House of Blues,” says Fuller about the highly anticipated venue.
