McKINNEY (April 14, 2015) — Dr. Logan Faris, principal of McKinney High School, has announced his intent to resign at the end of the 2014-2015 school year and accept a new position as Executive Director of Secondary Education in Northwest ISD.
During his nine years in McKinney ISD, Faris has served as an assistant principal at McKinney Boyd High School, principal of Dowell Middle School and most recently as principal of McKinney High School, a position he has held since 2012.
The MISD Board of Trustees will post the position in the next few days and hope to fill it by the end of the school year.
