About Chef Cari
Cari grew up on Long Island, N.Y., in a big Italian family. Cari’s Italian grandmother was an amazing cook, who taught her the art of Italian food.
She moved to Texas in 2005, where she continued to perfect her cooking and entertaining skills. In 2012, Cari resumed her professional training at Collin College, where she received her culinary degree and certification in pastry arts.
After working many years in a corporate setting, Cari is pursuing her desire to return to her original passion … cooking for families.
The Divine Dish helps busy professionals enjoy food and family just like Cari’s grandmother did. Cari takes all the planning, preparing and shopping off your schedule while you have the freedom to simply enjoy your own home dining experience.
