Here’s what’s in store during this special workshop:
10:30 am*: We’ll kick it off with a friendly plank challenge.
This is totally optional, and just for fun!
We’ll also have a meet and greet — a wonderful opportunity to spend time connecting and getting to know one another so we can make the most of this exclusive time together.
11-11:45 am: Workshop, where you’ll learn all the important elements of self-care and how to make loving yourself a priority, once and for all.
11:45 am - 12:30 pm: Restorative yoga, with Jackie Rowan, an expert yogi with more ten years of experience teaching this unique form of yoga.
