Chef John Lozano, former Sous Chef of Harvest and Ricks Chophouse will be teaching you how to make Pazole. This is a two hour hands on class. During this class you will also learn how to make Bone Broth, and how to use a Kitchen Torch. Chef will also be making authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate. Seats are limited and filling up quickly.
