The workshop approaches the basics of golf training from its core, working through stretches, warm-ups, strength exercises, and all plains of movement to help you tone your technique and feel better when playing the sport. The result is a body better built for golf. With added power, speed, precision, and strength, your swing speed will improve, but so will your ability to enjoy the game.
