Fred Haiman, founding partner of Haiman Hogue, PLLC will be describing the legal documents that everyone should have during these very uncertain times to protect you and your family if C19 or any other illness or injury interferes with your normal life. Cheryl Acres is a seasoned RN, Certified Case Manager and Certified Dementia Practitioner. She will be discussing how to prepare for transitions of care. Kristine Reed is the GM for Dignity Memorial's Sparkman-Dickey Funeral Homes. She will address how services are currently being handled and the importance of having the difficult conversations related to end-of-life wishes particularly during these uncertain times. If COVID-19 has taught us anything, it is that we always need to prepare for the worst! There will be plenty of time for Q and A at the end so you can get all of your questions addressed.
