Join us for a special Black History luncheon presented by genealogist Kristin Spalding as she shares the story of Jeff Morgan Tucker, first black soldier in Collin County to die in service during WWI. Kristin will share her journey in securing a military headstone for him at Ross Cemetery, McKinney. Also, she will be sharing her research and stories of other black soldiers of WWI.
