PROSPER (Aug. 20, 2014) — Prestonwood Christian Academy (PCA) officially opened the doors of its new campus in Prosper, welcoming more than 50 students in pre-kindergarten through 4th grade. In addition, seventeen new faculty and staff members have joined PCA North from both public and private schools in the area.

PCA North is located in the recently completed addition of Prestonwood Baptist Church North Campus at the intersection of Prosper Trail and the Dallas North Tollway in Prosper serving students from Prosper, McKinney, Celina, North Frisco, Little Elm and other communities in the area surrounding U.S. Highway 380.

Principal Donna Leadford brings her passion for Christian education and more than 30 years of experience to PCA North, and she also served as Lower School principal at Prestonwood Christian Academy in Plano from 2000 through 2005. “The excitement about PCA North is incredible,” said Leadford. “These new students will be able to look back and know they were a part of helping establish a campus that will provide Kingdom education for many, many years.”
