McKINNEY, TX -- After being shut down since April due to a fire, Cadillac Pizza Pub, a McKinney Square staple, is due to reopen the week of October 5. Well, sort of. They are opening up for curbside pick-up only on at first. After that, they'll reassess plans for dine-in service in mid-October and live music sometime in November.
The fire caused damage to the inside and outside of the restaurant but nothing structural.
In a statement on Facebook, the restaurant says: "Huge thank you to everyone that has supported us, sent well wishes, and thoughts while we rebuild from the fire in April! Special thank you to the McKinney Fire Department for acting fast and preventing further damage."
