Grab your kids and head to Downtown McKinney to welcome Santa at Volunteer McKinney’s Polar Express Pajama Party. Can’t make it on the 1st? No problem! Santa will be busy at his workshop this season, so schedule a tour and photos with Jolly Old St. Nick. Polar Express Pajama Party December 1, 2016 5:30 – 8:30 McKinney Performing Arts Center Each ticket allows one child and one adult to participate in Christmas crafts, cookie decorating, a visit with Santa in his “tiny house” workshop, photos, goodie bags and a viewing of the movie, Polar Express.

Workshop Bookings are available during the first three Fridays and Saturdays of December and includes two copies of a 4 x 6 in. photo in a keepsake folder and a visit with Santa. (Additional sizes are available on site.) Mrs. Claus will be on hand on Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings for tours of the workshop. Santa’s workshop is a custom-made tiny house and Santa is taking time from his busy schedule to pose for pictures before Christmas.

“This is a true community collaboration and each business, sponsor or person that participated has made this a wonderful experience for all of us.” said Dana Riley, Executive Director of Volunteer McKinney. “We are so grateful to McKinney Main Street for their support of this project and for hosting Santa’s workshop.”

The tiny house was designed by Studio 2547 and built by Evergreen McKinney with electrical provided by Top Notch Electrician. The vintage interior design is provided by Kaci Lyford of Patina Green and will truly be something to see! Mercedes Benz of McKinney is sponsoring the Santa events and TomK Photography will be providing the beautiful keepsake photos of the kids with Santa; and thank you to Market Street for providing holiday beverages.
