Senior Community to Continue Accepting Donations Through June

HarborChase of McKinney, a new local assisted living and memory care community, held a successful fundraiser for Meals on Wheels of Collin County. The event was held on Thursday, April 19, as part of the Senior Services Alliance McKinney Giving Back project. The community collected 939 Depends, 525 bottles of Boost, $334 in donations and an additional $132 from the bar. The community will continue to take donations of money, bottles of Boost and Depends through the months of May and June. HarborChase of McKinney is managed by Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA), a regional senior living development and management company based in Vero Beach, Florida.

“We want to sincerely thank everyone who participated in this wonderful fundraiser,” said Ashley Clark, Executive Director of HarborChase of McKinney. “When we work together, we can truly accomplish great things. We’re proud that HarborChase was able to help out seniors in need throughout the McKinney area. As a community, we will continue to look for meaningful ways to give back to seniors in McKinney.”

As part of their continuing effort to help Meals on Wheels of Collin County, HarborChase of McKinney will accept donations of money, bottles of Boost and Depends throughout May and June.
