Spanish for Retail Sales meets Mondays and Wednesdays, Feb. 11-March 27 from 7-9 p.m. Students seeking to communicate with confidence to Spanish speaking customers will benefit from industry specific vocabulary learned in this 24-hour, 12-session course. Fee: $129. For more information, visit

Notary Signing Agent meets Saturday, Feb. 23 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Highly qualified notary signing agents are in demand and are specifically trained in facilitating mortgage closings. Fee: $79. For more information, visit

Certified Fiber Optics Technician, CFOT meets Tuesday-Friday, Feb. 5-8 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. In this 32-hour, four session hands-on certification preparation course, students will apply ANSI/TIA/EIA standards. Fee: $1,599. For more information, visit

Certified Premises Cabling Technician, CPCT meets Tuesday-Friday, Feb. 19-22 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. This course will prepare the student for CPCT exam sanctioned by the Fiber Optics Association. Fee: $1,599. For more information, visit

Creative Nonfiction meets Wednesdays, Feb. 6-March 13 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Students will learn the techniques of writing real life into page-turning nonfiction in this 18-hour, six-session course. Fee: $119. For more information, visit

SolidWorks CSWA I meets Wednesdays and Fridays Feb. 8-March 22 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. In this 24-hour, 12-session blended classroom and online course, students begin preparation for the Certified SolidWorks Associate certification exam that is held at the end of the CSWA II course.
