The Collin County Business Alliance (CCBA) and Collin College will be hosting the first-ever Education Summit between local business and education leaders on Wednesday, Feb. 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Collin Higher Education Center in McKinney.
Participants include the local superintendents, ISD board presidents, university and college presidents, legislators, mayors and CEOs of major companies.
The purpose of the event is to address critical educational issues facing our region and develop solutions through strengthening business and education collaboration. Topics of discussion will include raising quality, workers of the future, operational efficiencies, visionary changes, shared services and collaboration.
The Collin Higher Education Center is located 3452 Spur 399 near Medical Center of McKinney.
