McKINNEY (Sept. 30, 2015) — The McKinney Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors have carefully considered each of the propositions on the upcoming City of McKinney general obligation bond election, to be held Tuesday, Nov. 3 and feel that each are important for the long-term growth of McKinney. They are encouraging voters to vote “For” the entire 2015 McKinney bond package.
The following propositions are included:
- Prop 1: $64,095,920 for Streets Projects
- Prop 2: $50 Million for Airport Improvements
- Prop 3: $22.5 Million for Public Safety Facilities
- Prop 4: $11.7 Million for Municipal Building Improvements
- Prop 5: $10 Million for a Downtown Parking Structure
- Prop 6: $2 Million for Flood Protection
- Prop 7: Revoke $13 Million Park Bond Capacity

Early voting will be held Oct. 19-30. If you are unsure if you are registered, need to register or change your address visit mckinneytexas.org/vote.
New this year, voting will be allowed at ANY Collin County Vote Center during Early Voting and on Election Day. A complete listing can be found at collincountytx.gov/elections/.
