Collin County’s Farm Museum is officially a Blue Star Museum, which gives military personnel and their families free admission to the museum from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends.
The program gives military families free access to 1,600 art exhibits, science centers, and amazing museums all over the nation.

The Collin County Farm Museum received Congressional recognition for its participation in the program during the Frisco Heritage Museum’s Flag Day celebration on June 14. Congressman Sam Johnson presented local Blue Star Museums with a copy of their designation posted in the Congressional Record.
First launched in the summer of 2010, Blue Star Museums is a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense and more than 1,500 museums across America.
