McKINNEY, Texas (Nov. 19, 2019) – The City of McKinney is pleased to announce it has been named a 2019 Top Workplace, National Standard winner by The Dallas Morning News. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The employee survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

With a workforce of more than 1,200 full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees in more than 300 job categories, the city is one of the largest employers in McKinney. The City of McKinney serves nearly 190,000 residents and 405,000 visitors annually. Employees represent all aspects of the city and ensure that McKinney is a great place to live, work, and play.
