Jeff Davis has been named Director of Reporting and Quality Assurance for TAPS Public Transit. The announcement was made by TAPS Chief Executive Officer, Brad Underwood.
Davis will oversee all data collection and analysis for governmental reporting. He also has responsibility for quality assurance —the monitoring and reporting of call interaction between call center agents and customers.
Davis has been with TAPS for 14 months as a Transportation Solutions Coordinator in the agency’s mobility management and community relations department. Davis began his career in banking after graduating with a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University, Texarkana. He spent 10 years in the healthcare industry as CFO of two rural hospitals, and was pastor of a local church.
Joining him are Victoria Flores and Megan Erskine. Both transfer to the new department from similar positions within the agency.
