Weather permitting, all lanes on southbound US 75 will be closed overnight between US 380 and Eldorado Parkway beginning at 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 14 through 6 a.m. the next morning.

This lane closure is for the continuation of repair work on a deteriorated section of asphalt paving from US 380 to Eldorado Parkway.

All southbound traffic will exit the highway at US 380 and continue onto the southbound frontage road then re-enter the highway at the entrance ramp south of Eldorado Parkway.

Portable message boards have been placed to inform motorists of the closure and local police will assist with traffic control.

This is part of the construction for the expansion of US 75 from SH 121 to US 380, which is expected to be complete in the summer of 2015.

TxDOT thanks area motorists for their patience during this closure and asks drivers to be cautious and patient as crews work diligently to re-open southbound US 75 as soon as possible on Tuesday morning.
