If you want to start your business then do it right. Learn from professionals who have been there and done that. The Dallas SCORE (Service Corps Of Retired Executives) chapter has over 50 professionals who created the foundation for workshops Starting & Managing a Successful Business.
Their goal is to teach you what you need to do, when you need to do it, what resources you need to get started, why your business plan is foremost in getting started and who are the important players in making this all happen.
Workshops provide essential guidance to the entrepreneurs wanting to establish a successful, profitable business. They focus on the key elements of your business plan, the most important tool you'll have as you begin your quest. Know yourself (what "Is" your business, why is this right for you, and are you ready to start?).
Classes usually meet the last Saturday of each month, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce office (10707 Preston Rd. in Dallas).
