Christina Curtis, founder of Piece by Piece Care Management, has expanded her horizons, now hosting a weekly radio show on KAAM-AM 770.
Curtis will be on the radio each Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. as part of the “Ask the Pros” series.
“I am very excited to announce my new adventure and partnership with Legends 770 KAAM,” Curtis said. “It is a local radio show that I have partnered with, and I will be doing live weekly shows on Friday.
“I will be talking about my business and what services are out there for caregivers and the aging population that will improve the quality of life and allow the seniors to age in place,” said Curtis.
Curtis is an experienced medical social worker with over 15 years working in the hospital. Her journey with living with polio began as an infant as she was born in Vietnam at the height of the Vietnam Conflict.
Due to having multiple medical issues of her own by surviving polio, measles and rheumatic fever she became a caregiver at the age of 10 caring for her father who had a traumatic brain injury due to car accident.
She is now the founder of Piece by Piece Care Management, an independent care management company committed to helping others navigate the healthcare system. In addition to her new weekly radio show, she holds monthly caregiver groups to offer support and education.
