Business owners are invited to provide comments about their experience doing business or attempting to do business with the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) or its prime contractors. MGT of America is conducting this study and will analyze the industries of construction services, professional services, consulting and nonprofessional services, and goods and commodities. The study’s primary objective is to assess, quantify, and evaluate any marketplace discrimination that may exist against disadvantaged, minority-owned, or woman-owned business enterprises (D/M/WBE) in NTTA’s contracting and procurement.

Your participation is critical to address potential modifications to NTTA’s current D/M/WBE programs.
