The Blume Team of Keller Williams will be leading an educational and non-promotional seminar, entitled “Moving in the Right Direction,” on Wednesday, April 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Village at Stonebridge in McKinney.

The purpose of the seminar is to provide a step-by-step plan for those seniors or “empty nesters” considering a move to a smaller housing environment including all the available options; independent living, assisted living, memory care, or just downsizing to a smaller home. The seminar includes a discussion about assessing needs, mitigating fears, assessing financial readiness, logistics, legal considerations, and the need for planning.

Seminar staff, all of whom will be available after the seminar, includes: Fred Haiman, an Elder Law Attorney; Ron Blume, a Senior Real Estate Specialists; Brian Hart, a Financial Planner; and Nicole Rea, a Logistics Specialists. The agenda includes:
