The public is invited to help Collin County define the goals and objectives for transportation planning in a series of community workshops this February in Plano, Wylie, Prosper and McKinney.
About every five years, county officials review the changing transportation needs of county residents and businesses. This years’ update will take most of the year to identify and coordinate transportation needs of the county’s growing population, and serve as a guide for future investments in transportation facilities and services.
These four community workshops are being held so resident can get involved and stay informed about this plan. Residents will be able to review the most recent demographic and land use forecasts, and ask questions and submit comments about the Collin County Mobility Plan 2013 Update.
