Hospital Ranked as the #15 Midsize Company

Methodist McKinney Hospital is proud to announce that it has once again been named as a Top 100 Place to Work in Dallas-Ft. Worth, as recognized by the Dallas Morning News. This year, they were recognized as the 15th best midsize company.

Methodist McKinney Hospital is known for placing employees first.  “We believe the more fulfilled employees are, the better our patient care will be,” said Methodist McKinney Hospital President Joe Minissale.  “Happy employees make for happy patients and this mentality resonates throughout the company, creating a warm, inviting environment. We are more than a hospital, we are a family,” he said.  This is the fourth time in five years that Methodist McKinney Hospital has been a part of the area’s Top 100 Places to Work.

“We’re all so proud of the culture we’ve created at Methodist McKinney, both for patients and staff.  We continuously aim to improve ourselves and this hospital, so receiving this honor speaks volumes to the dedication and enthusiasm shown by everyone within our facility!”

Consideration for the Top 100 begins each year in January, when companies are first nominated. Following the nomination period, participants are engaged in a company-wide survey designed to evaluate employee morale, fulfillment and satisfaction. The winning companies are scored and ranked according to a unique algorithm. This year’s Top 100 Places to Work was announced during a luncheon hosted at the Omni Dallas Hotel on Friday, November 17th.
