McKINNEY (Sept. 19, 2013) – The Sanchez Advisory Group, a McKinney-based urban planning, civil engineering and landscape architecture firm, announced that it plans to build a new headquarters building to accommodate the company’s growth, located across from the Oak Hollow Golf Course at 2000 N. McDonald Street in McKinney. The new building is scheduled to open in the spring of 2014, in time to celebrate the company’s 10-year anniversary.

Plans are underway for the Sanchez Advisory Group to develop a new office complex called Conley Commons, an 8.5-acre site, with the new Sanchez building slated as the anchor. Phase two and three will include the development of the entire site, including office and light industrial space.

“Upon completion of the move, the new facility will provide more space and allow us to serve our clients more comprehensively,” said Martin Sanchez, CEO of the firm.

Until the new building’s construction is completed, Sanchez is officing in a temporary, nearby location at 402 N. Tennessee Street, McKinney, Texas 75069. All other contact information remains the same.
