McGough, an ENR Top 400 builder and developer, announced today the establishment of its new South Central office in Dallas, Texas. The company’s Dallas office will serve as the primary base for its operations in the southern United States, while its seven offices throughout Minnesota, North Dakota and Iowa will continue to anchor its northern U.S. operations.
