LUBBOCK (April 13, 2015) — Guests of Dallas-Fort Worth area Market Street locations will get a special break on Tax Day when they are treated to free beans and cornbread on Wednesday, April 15 at all seven locations in McKinney, Allen, Colleyville, Coppell, Flower Mound, Frisco and Plano.
The Market Street in McKinney is located at 6100 W. Eldorado Pkwy., at the corner of Eldorado Parkway and Ridge Road.
The comfort food will be available from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for dine-in only in the deli section of each store. Guests can enjoy one bowl of beans and cornbread per person with no purchase necessary.
“Everyone is in need of a little relief around Tax Day, and we are happy to give back to our guests during the dreaded tax season,” said Robert Taylor, president of The United Family. “The comfort food offer also enables our stores to connect with their individual communities and help family and friends put Tax Day behind them.”
Due to the popularity of the promotion, which debuted at Dallas-Fort Worth area Market Street locations in 2013, The United Family, parent company of Market Street, has offered free beans and cornbread chainwide since 2014.
