McKINNEY (Aug. 6, 2014) – Tenant Tracker Founder and CEO Keith Clifton announced the hiring of Joe Williams as general manager of the company's national headquarters in McKinney.

Williams, who recently retired as McKinney Police Chief, brings high-caliber credentials, exceptional management experience and strong leadership skills to the benefit of the organization. He began his new role on Monday, Aug. 4. Williams will have oversight of the strategic direction, expansion and overall management operations of Tenant Tracker.

“His background in the police agency along with his experience in managing a team of over 200 individuals, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget and his direct, genuine and honest communications are second-to-none and a quality I admire in a man. Williams served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years. With over 20 years of experience in the public safety sector, Williams received multiple achievements including being a recognized police agency in the City of Celina and the City of McKinney with the Texas Police Chief’s Association in both 2011 and 2014, graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) National Academy, graduate of Leadership Command College (LEMIT) and graduate from the Institute of Law Enforcement Administration. Williams holds an associates degree in Arts, Bachelor’s degree, graduating with honors, in Applied Arts and Sciences and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management, where he graduated from Sam Houston State University.
