McKINNEY (May 9, 2016) — HarborChase of McKinney, a new local assisted living and memory care community opening in fall of 2016, announces Ashley Clark as its new executive director. HarborChase is managed by Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA), a regional senior living development and management company based in Vero Beach, Fla.

With six years of experience in senior living, Clark brings a family background in senior care to her new position at HarborChase of McKinney. Her grandmother owned and operated a nursing home in the 1970s, cultivating a lifelong passion for working with seniors.

After graduating from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelor’s degree, Ashley began working in senior living as an admission coordinator and soon was promoted to Marketing Director. After discovering the difference she could make in the lives of seniors, she returned to school to earn her Administrator License for nursing facilities.

Set to open in the fall of 2016, HarborChase will have around 60 units and offer both assisted living and memory care. It will feature 24-hour staff, supportive services, customized programs, scheduled transportation daily, housekeeping service, concierge services and chef-prepared dining in multiple dining venues. It’s also set to include HRA’s signature Life Enrichment Program, designed to provide social, devotional, fitness and recreational opportunities that have a positive impact on residents.
