McKINNEY (Oct. 19, 2015) — The 2015 State of the City, scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 5, will offer local residents and business people an overview of recent accomplishments and a glimpse at plans for the future. In celebration of the 10-year anniversary of the "Unique by Nature" branding campaign, community leaders will reflect on past accomplishments and share insights on plans for keeping McKinney the premier place to be.
You can register to attend the event, which begins at 11 a.m. at Christ Fellowship Church, 2801 Orchid Drive in McKinney, at McKinneyChamber.com/state. The public is encouraged to attend. The presenting sponsors for State of the City are Methodist McKinney Hospital and the City of McKinney.
The McKinney Chamber of Commerce will be hosting this annual event with updates from the leaders of several key local organizations – the City of McKinney, McKinney Independent School District and Collin College. They will focus on current and future projects, discuss important programs and present a vision for the future of McKinney.
