Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – McKinney is pleased to announce Kyle E. Armstrong, FACHE, has accepted the position of president. Kyle will join the McKinney team on Monday, July 25 – coming to us from Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis, Tenn.
Although there were many qualified candidates to fill this position, key stakeholders agreed Kyle was a stand-out, and the one most capable of nurturing our existing strong foundation and culture, and continuing its growth.
Baylor Scott & White - McKinney's previous president, Scott Peek, was offered the opportunity to become chief operating officer at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. Peek will serve out his term as the McKinney Chamber of Commerce Board Chair and he will continue to reside with his family in McKinney.
In addition, Kimberly Bones will return to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – McKinney as chief financial officer (CFO) starting July 25. Most recently Kimberly served as the Chief Financial Officer for Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital at Sherman – part of United Surgical Partners International. Prior to this, Kimberly had a long tenure with Baylor including serving as the founding Senior Financial Analyst at Baylor Scott & White – McKinney.
