Dennis O’Hagan, sales associate with RE/MAX DFW Associates, has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Realtors® who receive the CRS® Designation completed advanced courses and demonstrate professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Less than 3% of all realtors nationwide earn the credential. “The training I received in these course is invaluable,” said O’Hagan. “I have already begun to apply the strategies in my daily work at RE/MAX DFW Associates.”

Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS® designees are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home, subscribe to the strict realtor code of ethics, and have access to the latest technology. Along with O’Hagan’s CRS designation he is a GMA (Global Marketing Agent) and he also holds a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), IRES (International Real Estate Specialist), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), AHS (Affordable Housing Specialist), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) and has been inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

Mal Smith, manager of the firm’s office in Frisco, spoke of O’Hagan by stating, “I am extremely pleased that Dennis O’Hagan has been awarded the opportunity to belong to this elite group of Realtors®. It is always a pleasure to have our agents seek advanced designations such as the CRS®. Dennis O’Hagan is a valuable member of our growing team and his impressive reputation is an asset to our Frisco office.”

Originally from Philadelphia, O’Hagan has resided in the McKinney area for 30 years and is married to Cheryl, who is also a RE/MAX DFW Associates Realtor.
