A Few Wrinkles, But Worth The Trip

There's been a lot of buzz about the only truly all-inclusive resort in the U.S., Bungalows Key Largo, which opened a few months ago to great fanfare. Here is feedback from one of our clients, about their stay there last week:
They've only been open since December, and they are clearly working out some kinks in still somewhat of a "soft" opening. Probably evident by the fact that they lost our reservation when we were trying to check in! The coordination of a couple of the meals was a little bumpy, in that one started 1/2 hour past when it was supposed to, and the Mexican lunch place on the beach had a long wait for food. Some of their staff are pretty inexperienced, but it's obvious they are working hard with them on training. Again, I think these kinks will be worked out as they mature.
Overall, the trip was amazing, and I'd highly recommend Bungalows Key Largo to those looking for relaxing all-inclusive in the Keys, as long as they don't mind paying more for it and (in the short-term) are ok with slightly inconsistent food prep and individual service (due to inexperience, not apathy)."
