McKinney Summer Musicals will be presenting A Tuna Christmas on November 3-6 at McKinney’s Church Street Auditorium. The show will feature MSM fan favorites Jared Duncan and Patrick Briggs.

In this hilarious sequel to Greater Tuna, it’s Christmas in the third smallest town in Texas. Radio station personalities Thurston Wheelis and Arles Struvie report on various Yuletide activities, including hot competition in the annual lawn display contest. In other news, voracious Joe Bob Lipsey’s production of “A Christmas Carol” is jeopardized by unpaid electric bills. Many colorful Tuna denizens, some you will recognize from Greater Tuna and some appearing here for the first time, join in the holiday fun.

Thursday through Saturday performances are at 7:00 p.m., with Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are priced at $25 per person and are on sale now at

Kevyn Robertson, MSM’s Managing Director, encourages everyone to get their tickets early. “This is a very popular show, and we have already seen a lot of interest from our fans and newcomers alike. We want to make sure everyone has the chance to see it, so don’t delay. Get your tickets today!”
